RYDIVO / Legal

Privacy
by design.

Effective dateAugust 20, 2026

Rydivo is designed as a local-first indoor cycling application. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, visit our website, or contact Icefish Limited.

01 Our approach

Privacy should be
part of the product.

Rydivo is built around the idea that your ride belongs to you. Training information is primarily processed on your device and is not uploaded to Icefish Limited servers as part of normal app operation.

Rydivo does not sell your personal information.

02 Training and sensor data

Useful data, kept
close to the ride.

Depending on the features you use, Rydivo may process the following on your device:

  • heart rate, cadence and cycling power;
  • FTP and workout information;
  • ride history and route progress;
  • information from compatible connected sensors or equipment.

This information supports real-time displays, FTP training, scenic rides and training history. In normal use, this training data is stored locally rather than uploaded to a Rydivo server.

03 Route downloads and network access

When the ride needs
the outside world.

Rydivo may connect to content delivery infrastructure to download scenic route videos, route metadata, elevation or gradient information, and application content. Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may process an IP address, request metadata, timestamps and basic security or network logs as part of providing and protecting those services.

These network records are not used by Rydivo to create an advertising profile.

04 Purchases

Payments stay with
the platform.

In-app purchases may be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Icefish Limited does not receive or store your full payment card details. The relevant store may provide the app with product identifiers, purchase status and entitlement information so Rydivo can determine whether content has been purchased.

05 Support communications

If you write to us,
we’ll read it.

If you email support@rydivo.com or info@rydivo.com, Icefish Limited receives the email address, message content and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, provide technical support and resolve problems.

06 This website

A quieter
website.

The first version of this website does not use advertising, third-party advertising trackers, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not use a cookie banner because the site does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. Hosting and security providers may create necessary technical logs to operate the site.

07 Sharing, retention and security

Control stays
with you.

Rydivo and Icefish Limited do not sell personal data. We do not actively share information except when you request it, when it is necessary for infrastructure or platform services, or when required by law.

Training data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the application, subject to operating-system behavior. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support or meet legitimate business and legal needs.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data under Icefish Limited’s control. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

08 Changes to this policy

The details can
move forward.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Rydivo develops. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
